PACKAGING OF ELECTRIC BATTERIES FOR AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

At the Embalex Group, aware of the growing need in the automotive sector for packaging for batteries, specifically lithium batteries, we have implemented the manufacture of suitable packaging.
Since lithium batteries are considered Class 9 hazardous materials, they require approved packaging in accordance with the relevant United Nations (UN) guidelines.

This is why we offer approved class II packaging according to the specific instruction for lithium batteries type UN 3480, 3481, 3090, 3091 and depending on their type and characteristics, these can be type 4A, 4D, 4F, 4G.

In the case of heavy batteries, we have palletized packaging for their correct handling and in accordance with the requirements set out in the packaging instructions, with their approval password.

At the same time, we offer the possibility of approving and manufacturing specific packaging that complies with regulations according to the means of transport ADR, IATA, RID, IMDG.

In this way we want to offer the solution for the increasingly demanded transport of this type of goods.
